A glance at the case-law of the international human rights organs shows that the failure to appoint legal counsel to those in need violates the right to a fair trial; possibly in conjunction with the prohibition of discrimination.

Having founded by human rights defenders, our law firm feels responsible for promoting human rights and we are eager to offer our legal services to disadvantageous individuals of the society.

To that end, we select specific pro bono themes each year
and limit our work to individuals belonging to certain groups considering our material capacity.

For the year 2022
we are accepting applications on matters about homelessness and the right to housing in general.
Those who
does not have a home, or have complaint about their housing, or feel unsecure in their living environment
and cannot afford to legal assistance
